| The first brace included Why Not John, handled by Jerry
Lewis and Matrix Mountain Breese, handled by Rich Robertson.
On a knoll, Why Not John is pointing behind a bush as Jerry
gets ready to flush out a bird. The bird flushed and the
setter stood its ground well. Note, that Jerry's horse ground
ties. |
|
| After the bird flushed, Jerry collars his setter. Terry
Erickson readys to dismount from his horse to hold Why Not
John. Judge Colvin Davis is nearby to watch the activities. |
|
| Mazie Davis (with yellow vest) and a group of riders follow
Jerry Lewis along the trial course. Jerry is handling Why
Not John a 2X RU Champion. |
|
| Paul Well, Dr. Charles Hjerp, Sean Kelly and others follow
along a dirt road that the dog truck uses to deliver the
dogs to the correct location. The judges were quite accurate
and ended at the right location for the next brace. |
